I guess time to bring up this post. I do not have a copy and would like to find one. I checked ebay and amazon-nothing. Any of you want to get rid of yours or have an extra I could buy?

I have a copy that I don't need. Paid $40 on Amazon, then bought a boat with V-6 engines...
Anyway, if anyone is interested I'll sell mine for $20 with shipping via UPS priority mail...send me a PM...
Book is in very good shape, top right and bottom right corners turned up a bit.
I'd prefer a $20 bill in the mail...Paypal is a pain IMHO.
