Got my lights working on the dash..
.. I have the interior sorted out but need to build a new back seat.. it was a total redo.. I built all the frame work and worked with a local company called "U-vision it" they do killer work and tolerated all my details.. .. turned out nice

Contemplating how this rear seat is going to unfold

New base with storage..seat bottom and back...just need to tweak the angles.. remember this was a two seater before

Playi g with seat foam and seat height

Once all frame work is at the uphol shop it must be reassembled on the bench to recreate the actuall boat angles

Funky corners will become storage for a passenger

Picking it up from the shop

Everything fit nice a tight..

Slight bolster action to seperate the seats ..the outsdie seats have it a bit higher to assist with the grab handles..elbow rest if you will..

Stash pocket worked out good for a phone or water bottle...not much else i could do with it.

Thanks Guys, that means a lot coming from you dudes! I've been chipping away since 2018 very slow start after the Pantera left. Still working on a house remodel at some level. Of course my better half feels that is more important. While it is, just not near as fun. I have had numerous set backs along the way. Covid damn near killed my business so there was a while I thought I might have to live in a tent... kidding but not really... I bought some used engines that turned out to be all used up and basically junk as far as I was concerned. My boat work environment has been less than desirable and I'm just not as fast as I used to be. In all honesty the last two yrs I've been pretty hard at it. I was supper lucky to get some of the last dart ultra tall blocks from the factory at the time. I also heard the foundry permanently shut down as well. Manufacturing in the states just isn't what is was... Seemed like anything I needed was on back order. Over a 1.5yrs to build the engines and fab the intakes. As I look back it seems nuts to me to work this long on a boat project but I keep the perspective that I am doing it because its the creative hands on and the thrill of dry pipes that keeps me going. At some level I need a project because it's how I'm wired. I'll post some engine stuff next

Ok. On to some horse pwr. Notched the block for clearances if course. Fab up oil splash guard. Jezel belt drive. Custom sheet metal intake. Couldnt order anything to fit anyway so pretty much would have to fab something to fit 11.2 deck ( I think that's what it is , cant remember). Anyway, seemed like everything was a custom project.

Water neck thermo needed clearance. Another fab job.

Intake needed some tweaks to fit correctly afer weld up.

Splash guard had to be made to fit

Slugs and rods getting ready

It was Hard to get these pans too
