No it wasn't. Hung out with them this weekend at the sand bar. Monsoon running fast as usual tried to give you a good run thought. Way too many @!#$%@ jetskis.

RSSTEINY, Yes noise restrictions and possible a restriction on size. Fines are $125.00. Eric's new 42 Tiger got one already. Better get muffled.
