RAddiction... I did not take pics during the install. I thought about placement for 6 months....Then after I finally marked the spot I decided to move it back a bit. TOO LATE! the sharpie marks were on the fiberglass and not on the masking tape on the front line...ooops. Well turns out that placement was better anyway...more ventilation overhead when sleeping. So I used a spade bit in the corners and sawsall for straights...cleaned-up edges and poppped it in. The only issue was the thickness was less than the Bomar trim ring so some adjustment was needed there..Not a big deal. All things considered...the worst part was thinking about breaking out the sawsall on my BABY!!

Well, If you want a great economy, great people and awesome weather this place is it. I was so surprised when I first got here...everyone is so nice. In upstate NY most people are so miserable cause its overcast or raining all the time, the economy sucks and everybody takes it out on each other! By the way...the people seem to be more attractive the farther south one goes...for the most part.

525s and it is officially on the market.

It was built to promote and now it's the time of year to find her a home.

Non-negotible at $219k.

Or negotiable at $239k.

Whichever makes you feel better!
