When I put it in in the spring its about 4.5' to 5' deep, got plenty to tie up unless the wind kicks up. But it drops out pretty quick mid august, last year was the worst I remember had about 1.5' to 2' at the end, the dock is 64' plus about 10' of ramp this year I am connecting right to the wall. This is later that day, last year 4th of july.... had to race the front back to the launch, waves starting coming close to coming over the sunpad. This is a partial sheltered bay from a west to nwest wind, which is the normal prevailing wind. This was a mild one, I have seen the waves hitting the wall and splashing the cottage, that's when I tie a few ropes to the dock and hope it stays!
