Okay, I got that.
But could someone be a little more specific? Where did all the AO guys go? Or how about this. I'll guess.
420 B & M blowers?
Crane cam?
Twin 850 Holley carbs?
MSD ignition?
Roller Rockers?
Electric fuel pumps?
Head Work?

The boats a 1999 and the owner, Craig Punturo, said its one of yours. The motors are 502’s with B & M 420 blowers with twin 850 Holley carbs. I saw the boat Saturday and I think its awesome. The valve covers had AO 725 SC on them. Craig said the motors weren’t 725’s, somehow that’s just what you put on them. He said they had Crane cams and roller rockers. Electric fuel pumps feeding mechanical pumps. He has it set up to run 8 pounds of boost. Top speed of 110 with 30P Bravo 1’s with 1:26 lowers.
Unfortunately it was too cold to put the boat in the water and I don’t think it will warm up in Traverse City, MI for a long time. Craig use to race drag boats and was very knowledgeable about boats and motors. He assured me that the motors were fine. Except for a few cosmetic problems the boat was great. It has stress cracks in the corners of the cockpit and the aluminum plate with all the gauges has bubbled by the mounting bolts.
I hope this information helps to identify the boat. Any more information or words of wisdom would be appreciated.
