A decked out one was a ways past $400,000.00 new. TONTO is one of the cleanest in the world, I know I have been to a few other country when I was shopping for a 41. If you want cheap go for the 41 FIREWATER. A new 41 SABER hull and deck won't be cheap either.

Twenty years iis twenty years .I dont make up the market value.Simiilar Apaches (same engines and drives )are priced at half that amount .A NEW Saber can propably be bought for less. Please lets be realistic here.Asking and getting is too different things.

Tonto and Flyiny Falcon are not like the others for sale, they are 2 of the 5 Carbon Kevlar 41's. They also have brand new Chief power and fresh drives. And they both have decked out Myco's under them, you can't compare a #3 SSM 41 or any other 41's to either of these boats. You can buy a new one from Mark Mc Manus @ APACHE 1-239-454-1114 give him a call.

I am sure they are extremely fine boats with new engines and rebuilt drives but the rest of the boat s parts(hull, transmission, trim tabs wiring, gauges ect are close to twenty years old.Cosmetically one of them needs paint.)To put it in perspective i cite many examples .The all white 41(for sale on the forem)has EVEVY single mechanical part upgraded to new and cosmetically shows new with a total repaint .The broker for months could not get 250,000.00 because nomatter what you do to the internals the hull is still 20 years old.Papaches Pauls boat is awesome (with a pair of 1400 engines on 6s).Paul is looking for high ones.Apache Warrior (a friend of mine in Sea Bright N.J. )is a short stagger 41,3as, perfect shape with a semi truck ,Steve cannot get mid 80s. Preditor Raceboat (sold last March for 80.000) Warpaint (another nice NJ Boat ) new 1000s ,full stagger ,3as is in the high ones. The fact that the boats you mentioned are of a lighter layup is great, but does that make them worth 2-3 times the forementioned.

To me they are worth more, Tonto was totally rerigged by John Pompi a few years ago, he was one of the origianl riggers at APACHE. He rigged mine when it was new,Mc Manus recently redid Flying Falcon. To me these are a couple of the best places to have a boat worked on, TNT did all the work to mine so I knew what I was getting, but that the stuff that mattered to me. Good luck with your search, Steve.

Iam sure they are worth more,as i said though if you can get two to five times the asking(and in some cases the selling -Preditor) price of the boats i previously God Bless You.

One of my buddys bought Perdator, it is real nice and it had #5's but no motors. Which was no big deal, he is racing it with Tommy from Chief so they had motors ready to plug and play. They are doing very well with her on the race course. Go to Key West this year and you will get to see a bunch of APACHES, and a few SABERS.

Please tell me one thing ,Preditior SOLD without power last March for 85000.00.add approx 70000.00 for NEW POWER and EXHAUST( 155,000.00 TOTAL) SO how is TONTO worth TWICE this much.?.If someone were to pay mid 3s asking price it is concievable(and quite propable) that since the power, drive,s trannys ect are GOD KNOWS how used another hundred grand can go on top of the mid 3 selling price .Now we are up to 450,000.00 for a twenty year old boat.
