Ok............I'm confused ?

All the excitement and anticipation to complete it and make it to Key West. Just get it built and NOW FOR SALE ?

It will make somebody a beautiful boat!

Seems like every time someone gets a 41, or 47, it is for sale shortly after being finished. It is a beutiful boat, but these things are not cheap.

That's why I have so much sweat equity into my 46' Cougar to keep it tolerable.

Because at the prices some are asking for they will be for sale a loooooong time, so they list them early

$569,000 No friggen way. (IMHO )

I would have to think that one would be much better off buying 47' Apache "INXS" for 139k(or maybe less) and take the 430k differance to make it your own and still have a little gas money left. But thats just me
