Doors & interior
1996 3-225 promaxs,
Yes, Awesome with 3 outboards.
Running arounds 85mph & great on gas.
Love this boat. Nothing like flying over waves without slowing down. If only I had a place to put the coffee.
I am looking at redoing the interior & installing 2 new doors.
Who is doing the interiors ? (anybody good?)
Where do I find the doors for the cabin ?
Thanks Jeff

Interior retro
Contact PPI interiors in sarasota
Do you have their phone number?
RED Gel:x3 outboards.
Yes, this is the one. I think we talked a few years ago when I bought the Pennzoil. (shadowCat)
After looking at all the work, I bought the AwesomeCat.
It's still red Gel, but the Gel has been redone & new graphics.
Was told she would not run, but I have proved them wrong.
Running 3-225 promaxs turning 26+28 in the middle.
Turing 6500-6800. Running about 80-85mph, which has been great. (gas with the promax is great).
Next move will be to replace the promaxs & run 3-300 xs motors. I think it will run 100, with 3 bigger motors & they are still great on gas.
Best part is that she will run top end, in any condition.
(great with traffic & waves!)
But, she needs rough water to run top end.
Calm water, well it's cruising time.
I can not figure out how to posted pics, but I can e-mail some if someone can post them.
Talk to you soon,
Jeff

I remember, do you still have the old pennzoil shadow ?
Your new boat was a friends does it still have the 24" old style tube gill brackets on it ? That is a heavy hull it needs heavy water to get her on top to fly.
Tripple 300's will be great on that boat , they have alot more torque for the bigger hulls than the 2.5 225 PM's . What year 225's our they, I have a customer that might be intrested in them when you go with the 300's.
PPI number is (941) 752-6271 talk to Jim Cowan tell him sparky @ Vicious told ya to call.
Give me a call sometime my shop number in South Carolina is (803) 944-3596.

Someone must have changed them.
All three have 24"set back, on Stainless Marine brackets.
But, they look beefy & probably heavy.
Promax's are 96s. (I think?)
If you know someone with 3 300 xs, I may sell?
Keep me posted.
