Going price for 25 Outlaw
What's to be expected from a dealer on an 05 25 Outlaw? I've looked at a couple new ones lately, and I know retail is around $90K with a 496mag. What is the ballpark that most people are paying for their's, or does anyone know the cost or invoice?

Holy SHIZZLE 90K for a 25!!!! I wouldn't pay more than $55K for an 25 OL. When I bought my 29 new in 02' I paid less than 90K w/trailer and SST pack. Frankly I really wouldn't pay 55K for a 25 either. I would look for a two or three year old boat like a 29 or even a 33 for that matter. You can buy a lot of boat for 55K. Just my opinion.

Re: Going price for 25 Outlaw
I only have a 1/2 ton truck, and I'm upside down on it, so it can't go anywhere. 25 is all I'm looking for. 29 would be nice, but I'd rather have something newer. Most of the used ones 3-4 years old that I've found have been completely trashed, like a scraped up (touched up with wrong color) swim platform, or ripped stitching on the hatch.
A local guy I know bought an 03 last year (new hold-over) for 55K, but I can't remember if it had the 454 or 496 mag. I know it didn't have the 496HO.

If your looking for a 25ol with a mag instead of Ho there is 04 with about 20hrs on it up in the Mich. area that I saw on www.boattraderonline.com he has had it for awhile because most want the HO He said he would take 54 for it awhile back with trailer. you might check to see if its still there. You should be able to find a new one for mid 60 range.

I'd take the HO, but if it's just got the mag, then that's okay too.
I was really just kind of wondering what most people have paid for their new OL. You don't have to tell me how much you paid for yours, but just a general idea of what owners have bought them for, compared to retail price. Thanks for all the info.
I've been watching boattrader, in fact, I had mine on their for sale, but not a lot of interest.

Last year the local dealer told me low 60's for a 25 w/ 496 HO on trailer. Don't know how much they've gone up since then. If it was me I'd keep looking for a clean, low hour, used boat. There are some deals out there.

Re: Going price for 25 Outlaw
I paid $69,000 for a 2005 25 outlaw with a 496 mag HO, Nextrail aluminum trailer, k-planes, switcable exhaust, sst package, full covers just about every option except an upgraded stereo. also a 5 year warranty. I ordered the boat in november 2004 to my choice of color/graphics. It arrived in early Febuary when thay offered the 3.9% finance rate, so that helped also.
