Hey Ed - thanks for the offer. A buddy has a 23P so I can test with it, if it works Ill touch base to buy yours.

I'm really looking for improved cruise speed, is a 4-blade the best choice here?

I am in the same boat...I have a 6.2 with the factory 19p mirage. I want to jump up to 21p and see if I can get better cruise\top end speed. Where is the best place to get a 21p prop?

Thanks.

I have a michigan wheel 14" 21P 3-blade on right now. Just changed Saturday. When I have more data I will share, but initial impression is better than the 14" 19P 3-blade mirage+.

Thanks man, that would be great. Does it make a difference being a 14"? The 19p prop that is currently on it is a 15.25"? Is there a big difference in the Michigan Wheel and Mirage prop?

Well the Michigan wheel Apollo 3-blade 21p picked up 2.5 MPH (57.5 GPS) with at least twice the fuel and one extra passenger. Definitely was slower to plane. It also felt like there was more stern lift, but generally I'm not that impressed. Going to try a Bravo1 22p 4-blade Thursday night or Sunday. Will report back out again.

Thanks for the info...I'm chomping at getting a new prop. Just have no clue what to get yet. This really helps me out! What RPM are you running at WOT?

My tach is showing 5100-5200 with the mirage+ 19p and the MI 21p. Will let you know with the Bravo1.

I have a 454 MPI in my 232 islander and am running a 24p 4-blade Bravo and it works great. The hole shot is better than the 23 m+ and shows 63 on the dream-o-meter at 4600 rpms. I don't have any gps numbers but I know its faster than the mirage was, and it seems like less porpoising. Not sure how much difference there is between the 6.2 and the 454.
