Now with the mufflers on it has really made it much more quiet at idle. We ran it on the hose last Sunday and I was surprised how much the GGB took the edge off of it.
We hated to put the mufflers on, but it did get old after a long day of boating. Last year for the first time we received three complaints on noise at Lake Norman, and on runs no on wanted to run behind us.
I think that we must police ourselves on some things like noise or we will have new laws they may be even more restrictive.

Re: Hey, Doc!!
Anyone else who has some good sounding motors feel free to put them up here.
I'm getting anxious to get back to the sights and sounds of the lake.
