I ran into a similar decision with my current boat.
My 245 and the 23 Outlaw share the same relationship as the 275 / 25 Outlaw. Same running surface, different deck. One a euro design, one classic offshore design.
We chose the 245 for two main reasons. One, we typically boat late into the season, sometimes as late as November. The windshield comes in handy on those colder days. Two, I normally have several guests aboard and the 245 has more cockpit room in it than the 23. This is a similar comparison as the 275 vs. the 25. Although I enjoy the design of the Outlaw series a little more than the Performance series, the added comforts won me over.
Hope that helps a little, ultimately, you have to decide which will be better for your particular use.
