Default Fresh water pump in a 342?

I have a 99 342. I think my fresh water pump gave up the fight on me. It was loud and worked and is now quiet and doesn't. Is it under the pannel on the passenger's side floor? Also what is under those 2 pannels? One is on driver's one on passenger's.

I deleted my first comment.

I was thinking about the solution I suggested. I don't have a clue as to what I was thinking when I typed that. My suggestion is not a marine application.

Sorry.
