Default 2008 Hammer X

Does anyone know about this Hammer X that's supposed to be out this year? I cannot find anything about it on the Baja web site.

My brother has a 99 Hammer and would like to sell that for the new X model. So what's the scoop.

It looks like a very nice boat. The original Hammer was awesome but the new one is entirely different and should be very well received.

The magazine is featuring an artist drawing not an actual picture. It does look nice. What do you recon top speed will be with the 496 HO?

I would say easily in the mid 70's. I was on an old hammer with a 454 mag bone stock and that boat did in 70's gps.

It was scary fast. If you dropped the hammer from a dead stop the boat would shoot out of the water. It was an amazing little boat.

I would say mid to upper 70's. Would have some bang for the buck.

As my grandfather would say, fast enough to make your butt pucker.

Would be fun though.
