This was mentioned on another thread so I though it would be interesting to start a thread. If you have a Baja that breaks the 90 mph mark please post on this. A pic of your gps (if possible) model of boat, size of engine and hp,gear ratio/prop you were turning and rpm would be useful too,Smitty

We got a 2000 Outlaw 33 with twin 540 Bulldogs 500hp... We've got it up to 83mph in some mild choppy water...This winter going to be upgrading the heads on the engines and hoping to be able to be right where you are...We also have the stellings extension boxes on as well but running 29P P5X Hydromotives...
and a little bigger carbs, and you should be
in the 650+ hp range.

HOPE TO BE IN THE WATER IN AUG with a 750hp motor or a 1000hp blower motor 572, hitting mid 80s at 650hp should mean 90 to 100 with one of these motors, boats being reinforced and lighting up/plus drive height change.

either way if you're hitting 90ish on 575 per side If it was 650+ per side I'd say that'd be a solid 94-95mph ride...that'd be a trip...
