Default Compare a Baja 275 vs 26 Outlaw for me? Pros Cons?

I narrowed my search down the the following boats:

Baja 275 Performance
Baja 26 Outlaw
Powerquest 280 Silencer

275 is listed 27'2"
26 OL is listed as 27'8" with the swim platform
PQ 280 is listed 27'7"

I've only been on a 25 OL (1 foot shorter than a 26) and a PQ 280.

Anyone have any input on what I should expect from the 275 and 26 OL? Is the cockpit space equal with the difference being the swim platforms? How about the ride? Build quality? Any input to aid in my decision would be appreciated.

IMO the PQ will be faster overall, but the ride will be better in the Baja's. Build quality is about the same. I give the baja the edge in looks/styling.

Do this: Check them all out. Your gut will tell you what to buy. Don't get all mixed up in everybody's opinions. Go with your gut man !!

Go with the 26 Outlaw, Kevlar reinforced and will run. I am bias I love the way the Outlaws look, just mean as hell.

As for build quality, the BAJA is much better, ingel grafx, nicer upholstery. But as stated look at all of them.

I had a buddy with a 280 Silencer and it ran great with a 502 - 70 on GPS. Took him forever to sell it, I think resale would be better with the Baja down the road.

I'd go with a 26 Outlaw IMHO. 62 - 66 with a 496 HO.

I was surpirised when I got in the 26OL at the CLT boat show this past year that it didn't have more cockpit room. I think it might of even had less than my current 245.

I like the speed of the PQ but the look of the 26OL way more.
