Any install tricks when removing old tips and installing new tips, sealing, fittment issues?
I need a 2 sets of 4" corsica or Livorsi thru hull tips 9"- 12"
with the internal flaps.
Anybody have a used set?
Don't want the mufflers anymore I have the quick and quite switch so noise is not a issue?
Thanks in advance for any info.

i put a some on a 2002 29OL w/ 6.2s we had.
Toughest part was getting to the nuts off the back side of the mufflers.
I didn't want to fight putting the nuts back on w/ new tips. I bought some short screws that fit the hole but not big enough to grab. Then i used 5200 to seal exhaust to the hull and hold screws in place.
So the 5200 was doing all the work. Never have and issue for the 4 years i owned it.
Don't remember anything specail about performace. Did sound much better but nothing like BBs. First I drilled the rivots out to get rid of the rattling plates on the mufflers to open them up some but I still wanted louder. The tips gave me the sound i was looking for. Sounded best cruizing about 4k RPM.
Good Luck

I helped one of my dock neighbors take them off a 29 with 6.2's and it sounded pretty good. They were a little tough to get out. Pull nuts off and tap the bolts to get them started. Make sure you have the rubber hose lose on both ends.
