For the grownups here...........
Liquid, I have the wrong fuel lines, no water neck, waiting on carb spacers and have the wrong linkage .........
We are planning on going back to Quacita this weekend in the slow boat.
Guess it's kinda dead over at the Scarab site.

Brad, sounds like fun, you should take some pictures so I can see what I'm in for, Last time I checked this was the BAJA forum, I guess he got his name from what he says when the BAJA'S fly by him

Ever been Beaten by a BAJA, you know there is a significant difference to the BAHA Cruiser Boats. If there is one company that makes a Baja look like a light weight boat it is a Scarab (Wellcraft many thanks). I also have a hard time understanding why my 25 is bigger than my buddies 29 Scarab, has more interior room, higher gunnels, larger cockpit same motor and I have about 5 mph on him. I stand corrected with some of the larger Scarabs like to AVS and another buddies 38 w/ twin 500's that has the stepped hull and truley flies. This thread is comparing the 22 with a Hammer. Stay focused.

Hey Jax,
Funny you should mention that about the 29 Scarab. I've felt for a long time that the 29 Scarab was the smallest 29 ever made - I thought maybe it was just me.
About a day or two prior to our Tiki Bar opening this year, some guys were on the dock trying to organize boats in terms of who parks where since the Tiki Bar dock starts to fill up well in advance. One of the guys pointed to a boat and says "when did this little guy sneak in here?". He was pointing to a 29 Scarab.
