I'm running a labbed 30p bravo 4 blade. Hitting 88-89 @ 5700. I'm going to try a hydromotive 30 out of the box. I'm dying to crack 90! I may try a labbed 32 to drop my rpm's around 5600.

Ok, I got a hold of a 22p 4blade bravo 1 this past weekend... I also fixed my fuel sender and found that I have had 3/4 to full tank of fuel with all this testing.. anyway the 22 brought my rpm's up to about 4800 and my speed was around 62.. that was with 2 people and 3/4 tank, cooler and gear.. I'm just under half tank now and will run this prop down to 1/4 tank to see speed and rpm.. my guess is it will be about 65 at 4900 to 5000 rpm.. then I will throw that stock 23 mirage plus on again.. I'm also gonna try the 23 4blade turbo prop again once the hub is replaced.. I ran 64 mph at 4800 rpm with that with 3 adults and probably just under half tank.. the weather has been low 90's and up to 70% humidity..

You guys have some of the fastest stock 272's I have seen, I pizzed around with alot of things and never went over 65 even under the best conditions, My 272 (when it was stock) would barely hit 62 most of the time,, Smitty

Call Brett a B-blades, although you might want to just buy one already done though as it will probably take 6 weeks to get one done and I doubt you want your prop gone 1/2 the summer, Smitty

thanks cabin fever.. It's nice to get off the houseboat and run with everyone... I don't think we'll get a lot of cooperation from the weather in the next month or so to run in clean cool air... This week is gonna be brutal!! which houseboat do you have? Split Decision here.. Also, I was talkin to JT today at the lake and says I should get back to that 23 mirage cuz the 22/4blade bravo is driving the nose down and I'm losing bow lift.... Last saturday, I ran down my buddies 29 outlaw sst 496 ho's and hung with him neck and neck but I was trimmed up a lot more with the 22/4 than I can the 23/3 mirage before it loses grip.... I think for now I may keep the 22 on to keep my rpm's up until the weather changes...
