The 250 is about 500 pounds heavier and the 240 has a 20 degree deadrise vs the 250s 24. These specs are from a 1991 Baja brochure and only lists the 270... but same boat. Looks like the older 24s had a 24 degree deadrise oops. Must have changed them.

Raise your x dim or get a shortie, then add another 80 HP. It will never end.......
