You'll get some responses soon. There are several people on this site who have 36"s. Doc Holiday should chime in before to long. He has all the goodies on his 36'
Are you considering buying one?

yes I am considering it,has been about a year since I have been in one, do not like the couches in the older ones but thought they had changed a little in the last few years.
had a baja a few years back 98, worried about quality, got rid of a fountain this fall which i loved but no room to keep anything, my wife and i spend alot of weekends in the boat. after a week you get real tired of crawling in and out of the fountain.

I have a 1999 29 Outlaw and the room in the cuddy in huge. The couches are roomy and the headroom is great. I am 6' - 3" tall and I weigh 226 pounds and I can sit comfortably on the cabin couches without my head hitting the top. The up front bed has pleanty of room to lay down in. The cabin door is easy for me to get in to also. My thoughts on this are that if my 29 Outlaw has enough room for me, then a 36 Outlaw would have more than enough room for 3 of me.
My buddy has a 29 ft Fountain Fever, beautiful, fast boat, but it is very difficult for me to get in his cabin door. Also the headroom in the cabin is very tight. I have to duck down to sit on his couch.

Hey guys,
Have been on the boat this weekend. Would have posted sooner.
The 36 has pretty good room in the cuddy in my opinion for a boat that has the entry in the center.
I am 6'1" tall and I can move around in it easily. My wife is 5'4" tall and she can stand up fully in the first three to four foot. She can also easily get in and out of the head. I cannot fully stand up any where in the cuddy. Guessing, it is propably 5'6" at the highest point. I will have to measure.
I have to back into the head and do a sit down to use it.
The benches are very nice, I have put a pillow at one end and gone to sleep watching TV more than once. They would be great for children. The berth is just right, I can sleep comfortably and not hang off. You can also see the TV good from the berth.
Storage is another thing. There are two small closets, but we find our Head becomes the main place to stow gear. With A/C, we loose the use of the first compartment under the berth and you loose a lot of space under the benches because that is where the air ducts are run. The second storage compartment under the berth is nice, but hard to get at unless you pull the cover off the matress. We usually just keep the items there we don't need very offen.
I will try to post some pictures. Let me know if you have any other questions.
