12 hours to Destin Florida that's a long haul and worth every minute.

It's probably 20 minutes more than Travis, but it was worth it for me just to get in the ocean, something about salt water that draws me

So is anyone going to this? I've never done a Poker run before, well not in a boat, we've done them on some 4-wheeling rides I've been on.

I've only been to Clearlake once in my old Hammer so I don't really know my way around too well. With a 252 Islander am I going to get left behind or are there all types of Baja's on these runs. Do people go full throttle from point to point or do they just cruise (or both). Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

if you need more info call Abby at the marine max store in Clear lake on Nasa rd1, she is the one that is putting this together, the last run I went on my old boat was the smallest[H2X] we ran about 50 to 60 miles per hour, i'm sure you will have some running hard and some just cruising, they have a drivers meeting if you want to go

Its close to Galveton, you wind up there in the boat but its just the other side of Houston at 45 and NASA blvd, we need to go down there after our wives have the babies, You can go to Hara's Casino by boat in the ICW in La. that would be a fun weekend
