You are absolutely right Johno.
I run a 23 Rev4 and it is BY FAR the best prop for my boat. Beleive it or not it is the best out of the hole, best midrange, best handling (by far) and also the best top end. It's like I hit the lotto....well, okay, not even close, but you get the idea.
I would like to try a 21 Rev4 sometime as well....
The key to getting the 24 Outlaw to run is get the tail end out of the water, and the Rev4 gives it the proper stern lift. That prop and some ballast up front and this 24 will EAT UP rough water for a boat it's size. You have to et "on top" of the water for it to run thru the chop. Once you get it dialed in right, they can be alot of fun.
