So coming from a Chevy, how do you like the Fords? Is yours a 6.0 or 7.3?

I came from a z71 with the 5.3 to the f-250 psd 7.3. No comparison in my opinion.

z71--rides nicer unloaded
f250--handles the boat much better (bouncing etc)

z71--ran out of power, shifted up and down (were in the hill country)
f250--keeps going

z71---stopped ok...it did the job
f250 stops a LOT easier.

dont buy a psd on the fact they get better gas mileage though. my z71 got 10 pulling the boat. psd gets 7.5-8.

z71 got 16 on the highway, psd gets 13-14
