Re: So this is Christmas....
Hello fellow Banana Boat owners.
I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Dave from Warwick, R.I., and I have hull #45 with a pair of 2.4s. I aquired the boat in late 2003. Working out lots of bugs and cosmetics, but had a great time with it last summer and looking forward next summer.
I'd like to thank all of you for creating and supporting this great forum dedicated to "our boat"! Special thanks to those wonderful McCarthy's who have made all this possible in one way or another!
A Sincere Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all!
Dave

Re: So this is Christmas....
Hi Jeb,
At present, I'm only a "low budget" member so I don't think I can post yet. That will change very soon! I have sent a couple pics to Charlie, as he said he'd post them in the
year/boat # thread. Trying my best to shake off the cold; sure doesn't feel like boating weather!
Back to work....we'll talk soon.

Dave,
The McCarthy's are missing. They haven't posted in days and we are all going through Banana withdrawals.
Can you e-mail them to me and I will post them?

Dave,
I always wondered what happend to Mike's boat. Welcome to the family. You will have to take part in the Banana Fun Run I am trying to put together for next summer.
I would really like to have it in Hyannis Cape Cod in June, since Yarmouth is hosting the offshore races in June 2005.
I was thinking shoot over to Nantucket or Marthas Vineyard even perhaps Woods hole?
I will hopefully have details set in January.
I really like your boat. It is identical to mine, except you have a spare tank in your cabin. I drove my brother Rick "Meat Buzz" down to Weymouth to buy it before you did and for some reason he didn't. Don't worry he will be on here soon oogling over the photos of your boat.
We are all pulling for him to get a Banana in 2005...
