You got me thinking also. I notice frequent posters have a pattern to their posts. Sunkin came on as all knowing, built a post count and many of his posts implied he was a OSO insider, almost like a moderator and gained significant trust.
Although I didn't see completely through his B/S three threads got me wondering. One was some wild jet ski accident while he was on vacation and another was a wild towing out of control near accident he experienced and last his military service which should have set off more alarms. He probably got away with a lot of his B/S due to his geographical location and not having another member as a real world visitor.

No idea, but I do know that there is NO ONE who could ever recall seeing him out on the water on any of these boats....and this is a guy who has lived in the same place for his whole life.

As far as what is known to be real??? I can only come up with one. The guy wasn't very good at drinking!! LOL

He rarely drank, and look at the picture below to see the effects of 4 or 5 drinks!

Bob Scanlon (Otis311) said it best after meeting sunkin for the first time. "Never trust a guy who doesn't drink".

Well maybe he will be closer to the water soon.

I suspect he'll be moving shortly.

Actually, some people were checking facts before some members became aware of it.

It's sad to see what happened to SOS, its moderators, members and even OSO and other forums as a result of all this.

From my point of view is the site had a lot to offer me before the covers were lifted.

Yeah, and with a couple of em, their true colors are just showing through these days.

My sister lost her younger son to a heroin overdose a couple months ago- great kid, 20, playing with fire.
Here's the love note that bobcant sent me on fb:

Real nice, eh?

Unfkgblvble....

It's too bad Sunkin erased so many of our PM's back when the purge happened, If ol' Bobcat could read what Sunkin really thought of him he might be harassing different people. But he was a useful pawn to get Key West all set up so Sunkin let him stay...

That little incident, plus another recent personal attack from one of the moderators at SOS, has really made me think about that thread regarding whether sos is good for our sport. I've never understood how seemingly intelligent, rational people can continue to support the place. Especially now, in light of the latest evidence of suckin's continuing criminal activities. Do they not get the fact that he OWNS THE PHUCKING PLACE???

But... the bullsh!t continues.

A few weeks ago I was informed that Paul Rose, an administrator on sos who posts as ratical, had placed a phone call to River Dave when he heard I was going out to cover Desert Storm. He tried to paint me as some bad guy who has nothing better to do than loot televisions after hurricanes. Wow. There's some fresh truth- only 8 yrs cold. (for those of you who don't know the story, search for my thread entitled Charley Came To My House).

Why would someone do this? Does he hate me for my photoshops of his boss? Maybe he doesn't like the truth. Paul is responsible for 90% of the posts over there these days (including the pantera slurpfest), and with traffic so light (nonexistent without those other two stooges), I guess he had a little time on his hands and decided that, rather than try to work in any positive manner, he would, instead, try to tear me down and affect my livlihood by creating negativity with a small-minded smear campaign.

Real classy bunch over there.

I've blown it off- my attitude remains the same as ever. That is, I plan to continue just what I've been doing all along- shooting boats. I did a quick check earlier- since the 2010 Miami Boat Show, which was right before all the sh!t hit the fan, I've covered 54 boating-related events-- nearly one every other week for the last two years.

I like to think that I do as much as anyone to help promote this thing that we all enjoy. Think about sunkin and his minions and ask yourself what is it, exactly, that they are contributing to our community?
