That's admirable you are helping.
But since you mentioned you were a LEO for a couple yrs, Justin has put out a $1000 reward, the guys name, address, phone number and all is known, why haven't you used your past experiences/resources to find this boat and either make some spare change or save Justin from having to payout? Seems like you would have the upper hand in the search.

I have several "old friends" that are in the process of helping look for the dude and the boat. the problem is that the boat is not at the guys house and he needs to be followed to find it........

It is kind of hard to believe that tinman hasn't been banned for harrassing other members - like rules state - while other members that have been way more helpful, have been banned forever.
