Well, you've come a considerable distance Pilgrim. Haven't you? It's about high time you recognized Pantera for what they are. Cheap scammers. Welcome into the light!

I would still buy a pantera. They are awesome boats. Just wouldn't pay for 1 up front. It would have to be sitting out front complete. The marine business is full of shady characters. I once heard a story that a boat builder got shot over money being taken from a different builder and didn't get repaid. Its not the first time or the last someone will get ripped off in the marine industry

Your powerful testimony concerning Pantera's shady business practice is appreciated Brother 88. Truly inspirational.

I don't believe the build quality is in question - I'm sure anyone could build a awesome boat if they had 2-3years to build it! Panteta has figured out that one mans money will pay for another mans boat, but failed to realize they would run out of customers and leave the last man boat less ( BERK ) ! Back in court once again with fingers crossed hoping this time they don't get taken to the cleaners and loose everything as they should, there attorney probably the luckiest attorney on the planet as much time as they spend in court is waiting by the dedicated phone line he has set up for them to ring, they fall back on the - " been in the buisness for 300 years and we build quality boats " never memtiong they just don't deliver them, few questions asked by OSO members but nothing but crickets ! You could have read this played out many times if the threads had not been takin down, I bet BERK if he had access to those threads would have passed on them and wouldn't have had to go through all he has to recover his money ! They got let off easy, what about interest that money would have collected over the years - pain and suffering etc !

I just hope that Betk can collect all he is due and move past this !

Might have to go out in the back yard and start digging up those mason jars of cash.

Yes, his promises are empty. Not so sure about the mason jars though. The ones buried from business decades past. We shall see.
