check great lakes skipper on ebay, he has a few gaffrig sets i stock and may have what you need, I recently got a COMPLETE set of gaffrig monster gauges, new in box, carbon faced, oil, volt, temp, oil pres. tach. trim AND gps speedo with ant. for a litttle over 500, had them in my hands 2 days after ordering. If what your looking for is not listed call them they mau actually have it in stock not listed. http://stores.ebay.com/Great-Lakes-S...p2047675.l2563

These are the items I was after. This is a copy/paste of the invoice. I did not know how to attach something to the quote.

Apparently the 270* gauges are the issue. They took orders for a product that was on their web site but comes to them in many pieces and they put them together? Like the others I am matching the other gauges that I have already replaced so I can't switch to another brand so I'm stuck waiting. It takes some balls to take orders for a product they aren't even close to having ready. Then to leave you hanging without a reasonable explanation why its taking so long. I really got the impression that the last guy I spoke with really didn't give a s**t. I'm not sure if I liked being bulls**ted better by the several other employees I spoke with? This is no way to run a business and expect to stay in business. It is surely the last things I purchase from them. How many customers do you think they can stand to lose before they go under?

I ordered 5 different 2" gauges in late April. These were stock units off the shelf. Ordered them over the phone on a Tuesday at about noon, they were on my doorstep on Thursday, Illinois to Michigan. Great customer service.

BUT

I will say that I talked to mike about some install questions I had and he had me email some pics to him and I still have not gotten a reply from him. Been almost 2 months now. Obviously I did not wait and figured it out myself but I do agree that his broken promises and non response was frustrating. Bad customer service.

Just my experience.

I think I have spoken to that guy as well. He sounds young and a little thick in the head. I pretty much am going through the same as you fireboat. If it was not for matching I would walk also. Does anyone know if gaffrig is an OSO sponsor??

So I wait. How long, who knows? It sucks that my only satisfaction after this nightmare will be to never buy from them again and do tell everyone I know who is thinking of using them to think it over real good. You might not even have the same boat by the time your parts arrive, IF THEY ARRIVE AT ALL?
