I think that the biggest fraud being perpetrated on us their customer is that they are selling a product that they not only do not have available, they have no idea even when it will become available.

Just called them again. Now the excuse is that their supplier isn't producing a specific component needed in the 270 degree gauges and they are now looking for another source. They have no idea when they will become available but they have another gauge that is different but kinda looks similar. What kind of f**king bulls**t is this?

Replaced all my gauges and actually got good service. Mike was helpful when I ordered the gauges. I did have to decide to take 270 degree sweep gauges when other were not avaialble but they gave me at reduced price price. They have an alternate site that discounts prices...Monster gauges.com. Again
had no issues.

I just ordered a gauge sender and some pyrometer thermocouple wire last Thursday off of their website and it all arrived last night.

With me being a NewB, I didn't want to start a thread bashing a company.
BUT
Since one is already started, I'll chime in.
I have a GPS Speedo that I've already sunk money diagnosing / repairing for a dead battery 2 seasons ago.
First time out last season it stopped working again.
When I was having my boat put away at the end of last season, I had my Marine Guy handle it for me, since he handles all my other boats.
He couldn't get thru to them on the technical support, no emails returned, getting the runaround, etc.
Keep in mind they had all winter to get back with him to get this resolved.
This spring I put the broken gauge back in so at least I don't have a hole in the dash.
Gaffrig-----never again.

i CALLED GAFFRIG LAST WEEK,,mike answered and we talked for about a hour..so when your vender goes out of business its a chain reaction and all the cards fell on mikes lap..old vender had everything and left mike with nothing so now everyhing has to be remade on mikes dime which is not cheap..lets say you own a trucking company and your partner owned the trucks and you owned the trailers and your partner files bk and the bank takes all your trucks and your left with all the trailers and te idems left in them,,well it takes time to readapt and find new truck's to move the trailers..back to gaffrig,,im not defending them but its going to take some time to redesign the new boards and have them made....that all i know..
