Pulled the trigger and got me one
Got me a 2008 460 ES 525's. Anyone no the history on this one? Told it was at some shows on the East Coast. Apparently it was a demo for a few years and then sold in 2011 to the owner I bought it from. Always been a Formula lover, but it was time to move on. Been around a couple BT 20 yrs ago, but this is a whole different animal to me. I will have few questions to follow in some new post.

Thanks Marshall,
I see you had a Formula. I have always been a Formula man (3 formulas). Wife sick of not being able to stand up in the 357. Sold the 357 unexpectedly, although, wife has wanted to get rid of it for the past couple years. Planned on buying a 419 2000 or newer. None available and only like 12 built. Decided to look at other options. Showed the wife the BT. Able to stand in, sleep comfortably in and still had the performance. Once we looked at it, rode in it, fell in love with it.
Brought boat home. Took it out one day, then left on a 2wk trip to Jamaica. Couldn't wait to get home to take it out. Here are some more pics.

I was knocking on 75 during sea trial in the Chesapeake. (73 on GPS to be exact) But it was first time driving the boat so I'm sure I didn't have it trimmed perfect. Was not my boat yet, so I didn't want to bounce it off the revs for long. I think if I play with it a bit, I could of gotten it there. 1/2 fuel and 3 people. Empty the tanks with one person, I'm sure I would see it.
Now fresh water, different story. Wife has done a pretty good job filling the storage compartments below with the necessities, filled water tank, 3/4 fuel, 6 people we were able to get 68. That was this weekend. Easy on plane and then she trims out nice. Runs along just perfect for our style.
