I'd start with the prop. I'm not sure what kind of 3-blade you have on there, but if its a 24P, its not a Mirage, those only came in odd number pitches. Like checkered past said, I'd track down a 24 Bravo four blade and see how that does for ya. I know there are a few places around Cumberland that have some props laying around that will let you try them out before you buy them. Secondly, PROCHARGE IT!!!! lol, that'll make her run!!!

You can get the 300 with a notched transom or without , notched is faster. I tried a 3 blade prop on mine and it didn't like it, blowout and lots of slip so I went back to the 24 bravo. Later I got bblades to build me a prop, brett put some cup in it and it was much better.
Thanks

its a three blade so I assumed it was a Mirage, it is a 24 pitch I'm pretty sure. What model would it be then?
Thanks

If its a 3 blade I would try a 4 blade 24p
I tried a 3 blade on my 26 and lost about 4 mph it likes the 4 blade.
I pitched a 24 to a 23 on my boat. I personally would skip b blades as they tried about 5 times on my boat and I ended up taking the big money prop to a local and have him change it all back to stock and the pitch to a 23 and its better then ever.
The 22 hit limiter and the 24 was to low rpm even lab bed.
Now my old man has a 26 outlaw. I know its not same boat but close weight and same motor . His with a 23 3 blade ran 38 mph at 3500 rpm and max speed was 60
I put my old 22 4 blade on it and at 3500 rpm he went to like 43 mph and top speed of 62 but hit limiter and with my stock 24 r blade went 45/46 at 3500 and spun just around 4900/5000 and ran 64
That's all pretty light with 2 people on it.
So I say go 24 4 blade and give that a shot and your prob going to see 60-62 is top speed.
What is your location? That also has a lot to do with speed
