I don't have any good pics of my boat yet. But here is some from the the guy I bought it from: before it was painted, and after. And some from the Chris Craft brochure.

I am in the process of restoring, sort of (limited budget) a 1985 Stinger 312.... it looks just like the 1984 Spruce Goose to Golden Gate Bridge Poker run Edition...pretty sweet boat. the interior is rough, the cuddy is great, but it's been sitting outside on a repo lot for about 4 years.

I have an '88 375,,Get BIG power !! and Bravo's ! I'm running 454HO's (425hp) with TRS and barely get 60 mph, but thats usually full fuel, water, and a few buddies on board. I'm carring air,,full head with lectra-san unit,, I'd think with closer to 700 hp each, the boat might get fun to drive,,Mine likes to come unscrewed at the hull/deck joint midship on the port side,, I have to retighten it every few months,, maybe I'll just glass it all over...The bolster seats are WAY too low to see over the dash,, forcing driver to stand and lean on the seat. At almost 20 yes old,, i still have no stringer problems ( that I've seen ), I run the Chesapeake Bay and the Delaware river and have pushed it over alot of 4 and 5 footers,,,,,the glass is all still hard, no soft spots,, and it has NEVER been bottom painted. I stay in water all summer, (read liveaboard) Just gotta scrub it every weekend,,, i dont mind, The center mounted mast light is a bit awkward,, shining in your eyes at night,, and what's with the sorry excuse for a fridge???? I'd love to find a place to retrofit a larger refrigerator. Anyway, any more questions,, email me at [email protected]n

I had a friend go through that "Hull Splitting" thing.....Was not pretty....Nor was the lawsuit !
