I wonder how many of these Chris Craft 8 Metre are left, they were made around 1975. I remember two that raced on Lake St Clair back than, it's style was ahead of it's time. With small block 350 chevy power and Volvo drives they ran around 55 to 60 mph.

I have an in tact 8 meter, which was made at the mid point of the production of 35 hulls...let me know if you have any additional info....Powerboat rated this boat in 74...i have the issue smoewhere.

I Know Were One Is In Buffalo, Ny. Needs Work Been In Storage For Years , Has 2 Sb And Volvos . It Is A Cool Boat It Was Called Low Bidder. It Is On A Friends Trailer
