This was my first boat, I stripped/rebuilt it and had many good times on it!

375stinger, I sent you an email about your stinger for sale. Can you tell me more about it? Speeds, equipment, trailer? I like the big old stingers!

This is the first season with the new motors (went from stock 330's to 500+) and the boat was doing about 56 and we saw 69.8 with a few bugs left in the motors. For the most part the boat takes the faster speeds pretty well and definitely feels like a different animal with some real power behind it. I'm not disappointed with the gains however I was hoping to break 70 on any given day. We have found some problems with the ignition system that might be hindering rpm on top end and possible cam timing. I am running 26 pitch Bravo 1 4 blades at just under 5000 rpm.

Mild thunder: the boat has a 9 fot plus beam so isn't built for speed. It'll hit 57 with about 3/4 fuel. The boat will take anything you throw at it , and it drives like a 42 footer partially because it weighs as much as one. The boat is perfect for the ocean or lake. We originally kept it in Sarasota, and then pulled it up to kentucky. It had around 90 hours on it on 2001. Now it has about 160 hours. All of the boat's time has been fresh water at the lake since the engines were rebuilt. When we kept it in the ocean i flushed the drives every time i went out on it. It was kept on a lift high out of the water. There is no trailer with the boat, because we have never had the need to take it anywhere. It is not the fastest, but you are be able to go out and take any waves when the other lil fountains would get knocked around and couldn't handle the waves.

do you have any photos of interior or cabin? I wonder how it would perform with a couple 600hp 540's. I would guess maybe 62-65 with light fuel? are you negotiable on price?
