MRPicket (MARK) and I had a busy Sunday. We relocated his GPS into the dash and added the new Stainless Marine indicators on top. What do you think?

This is a project I 've been wanting to do for quite a while.
My Cigarette "big brother" Zero Patience and my good friend Radical Concept pushed me over the edge to get it done when, on a recent trip, I saw how great the indicators looked on Radical's 36 Concept and Zero looked at my Cafe docked alongside and said "only bass boats should have chit screwed on the dash! You know what you need...?"
Seriously, I could not have even attempted all the cutting, fitting and installing required without Z/P. He is truly a mechanical/structural/electrical engineer when it comes to planning and executing a project like this. And he will work for Rum! Thanks bro!
The Stainless Marine indicators are superior quality parts and the folks at S/M are first class to deal with too. They even matched my instrument bezels with the perfect purple. The Garmin is a 182C and, not only does it fit just right in the dash but is much easier to read/reach.

ZP,
Totally cool and very forward thinking.
It would not suprise me one bit if you really start a "sea change" in how this stuff gets retrofitted.
Best and keep up the great work,
Rob..
