LS- Sounds like things were worse than when we talked last. Taking care of both motors is a painfull thing ($$) to do, but at least you know what you have when you are done.
38 hours of use and you have to have major repairs/replacement of 2 drives and 2 motors.......I'd pretty much say that there was a serious lack of maintenance before you bought the boat. It is funny how some people can afford the boat, but can't afford to do the proper maintenance.
I hope your luck changes and you get to enjoy the ride.

The one motor is still good but I figure it will be cheaper to rebuild it before it also takes a dump.

At first, I was disapppointed Gary took LS's money instead of mine, but now I'm feeling kinda lucky. None the less, I'd never wish those problems on anyone.
LS- Smart move rebuilding the other. IMO, you still have one of the coolest rides out there. Brett is right......throw some blowers on that bad boy and you'll have a triple digit T/S.

Brett- I'd love to have your Gladiator, but I can't convince the wife yet. I thought I had her talked into one, but she still wants a Tiger. She said that she and her friends won't have a place to change suits if we buy a Gladiator. I told her that she and her friends are more than welcome to use the cockpit as a changing room and I promise not to peek! I don't see any promblems with that arrangement!
