I'm in the same situation you are... I went out today and hit 79MPH GPS at 5000rpms with 28's.
My peak horse is just over 700 at 5600rpms. I think 26's or mabye even 24's will get my rpms closer to that 5600 and should make a difference.

answer your cell phone tool, i had my 26's labbed and cut to 25's, you can try them if you want. I have some 24's coming this week.

if I was a scotch drinker I would..let me know how they run. I'm working with Brett and it should be right for next year, just blows me away that we have to decrease so much to get speed back. you still have 1.5's right?

Yes, 1.5's. It blows me away too. After the rebuilds I tried GL's 30 labbed thinking they'd be what I need. It's unreal.
