Default Strait hull props

Anyone running a set of Herring props on a strait hull gun?

Bravo version, no boxes and full cabin. Wondering what gains in performance and handling are to be gained.

It's OK, keeps it near the top!

Were on the limiters with stock 28's so the 26's won't help unless we switch ratio's, which we may do.

Thanks

Von--check with Gordo. He had a bunch of props on MWBP in the prop section of the forum.

Thanks Griff, we already ran a set of his but they were labed and repitched to 29's so we saw about a 1 mph gain but we were back on revlimiter.

We're going to bump the HP to the mid 700's, maybe close to 800 and do some testing. Want to run it in the shootout next year just for grins so I am looking for a set of props for that. We are able to go back to 650 real easy so it will be set to mild except for the test time and then for the few days in August.

I know the feeling, bub.
I'm doing a little research of my own on engine changes for the same reason.
I've got SSM3A drives, and with the price of those propellers being as high as they are I can spend a ton of money on engine stuff and still be ahead.

In that case, Check with Hell Ya. He might still have his maximus 5 blades from his scarab. I think they were in the 30-32" range.
