I'd put his motors up against any others I've seen. Reliability, longevity and quality build...None better.

Not arguing, but you have to take into consideration that Phil has built probably the best cigs out there. His choice of power is Richie's engines. Their long relationship has lasted for a reason. Not taking anything from the other builders, I will always use JC, he has my trust, if not Jeff, i would then go to Dean Gellner.
