Unlike some hard to find parts, the head switches are pretty standard. You should be able to get them from places like Paxton Marine, Grainger or Newark. I've also ALWAYS had good luck from Lipship.

No, I have lots of things to fix over the next couple of years, but I haven't had any problems there yet. The next project is to get the drive and trim indicators working again and there was a recent forum addressing that.
