Default Need advice on engine timing

I have a set of 500hp's, what should I run the timing at? In the past I have run everything advanced 30 degrees. What improvements and performance would benefit from advancing? Any thoughts or advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Frank

Default Timing

34 should be safe with 93 octane.....probably not very safe on 87. Buy your fuel from a trusted/fresh source. Your acceleration should improve. My .02

Thanks guys! By advancing the timing the most notable gain would be acceleration right?
