Default re-powering/ ITS drives

anyone have any experience trying to put 750 hp through a broave ITS drive. I have had some tell me it can be done and others say no way.

I've inquired into this and found it wouldn't be worth the problems!! Good luck

That's a shame.
Looks like the old tried and true SSM #3A was a stronger unit.
I don't know if it was less expensive.

Seems like the only alternative is 6s since you cant get nxts.
Tryin to find a set thats reasonable if thats possible.

It can be done and it will hold. It all depends on the driver...

We have that set up on a gladiator and it works well but not much weight to contend with.Larger ,heavier boats wont last as well.

Exactly! Just be prepared to fix a drive sooner or later depending on your skill level, boating habits, etc.

On a twin step, absolutely. the hardest pressure on the drives will be getting up on plane and then having the right rpm when you reenter from a launch. I thought you were going bigger power and 6's?
