PM board member Top Banana- Charlie McCarthy. He's got a fairly nice Cig 28 that he's been looking to sell. It has small blocks and is complete and running. You could probably do a use-it-while-restoring restoration on it and have less $$ in it that that orphan you're looking at. It was on Ebay with a reserve in the low teens.
