But, you have seen pictures of Cigs being painted without hardware as well. I think it all boils down to production deadlines and getting the boat produced in a timely fashion. I , personally, do not have a problem with it, especially if someone like Harold is doing the work.

You're correct; some are...some aren't; all depends on the que. (Two diffferent boats, mine and k-tron's (with tabs on))
