Gotha Kris ... someone posted that purple one with ASD and mentioned it was 35', I thought they were implying it was possibly your boat in prior life, confused me.

Snowmobile season is over.

Here is a pic with the new mufflers. Can't wait to get it in the water this season.

Still have a lot of wiring and interior work to finish.

Looking good, alot of bling there!
Time to get something hooked to the other end of those prop shafts so Joe and I don't have to pull you around.

Default Mufflers

Kris. The boat looks fantastic. but I have been there-done that, with air activated mufflers in Wisc/Minn. I hope you have better luck with the water patrol than I did when I had exactly that style mufflers on my Cigarette and they stopped me numerous times w/noise tickets. I found that you cannot seal the butterfly completely and exhaust still escapes around them. I built some caps, that I used to install in the no wake zones, and had some "down tubes" welded into the outside of the mufflers that directed the exhaust downward when the caps were installed. That set-up worked but it was a hassle to use all the time. End result I sold the mufflers and built the final tubing tailpipes that followed the transom to the center and pointed downward and were all between the drives and underwater at idle. That system worked and I was not bothered again by the waterpatrol. Call me if you want to talk.
