yes that came w the kit but with the clear windshield you can still see the mount .think im going to paint it white on the back side only

Paint it. I've got a kit in my garage that will be going on my boat as soon as the powdercoat guy is done with the base. I'll take some pictures of the lexan and filler piece this evening and post them.

Does the new windshield mount in the sames holes that the old wind deflectors used?

Here's a picture of the windshield (needs to be re-painted on the painted part) and the vinyl covered piece that goes inside of the bracket. I'll post pics when I get the bracket back and of the install if anyone wants to see 'em...

I believe you have to fill in the old holes with gelcoat.

I know, gelcoat is overkill, but, thats the way I would have to do it. Of course, your way is the more sensible way.

The flap hold down tabs are still exposed tho.
But mine is at Vincents and that WILL be taken care of! Among several OTHER things.

Got my bracket back from the powdercoat guy today. Hoping to get it installed in the next few weeks or so.
