The 42' Tiger and the Revolution share the same hull, correct? (But different decks..) But the revolution seems like a WAY heavier boat...and takes more HP to get into the 90's then a Tiger would...

Same hull. Deck on Revolution was very heavy to get the raised styling. Cabin layout was heavy as well liner weighed 1800lbs. I'd gut the Rev. to Covergirl style cabin with a couple couches and that is it. Would probably pick up 5-10 mph just getting the CG right with the staggard set up.

Pretty sure they were all called "hard candy" from what I understand it was as much a part of the name as "revolution". The blue one that had been restored looked similar to American bad ass was also a no. 6 boat it never sold until it was stripped down recently. The last one of these I saw was a staggered 6, with 1000 hp blower motors and could have been bought for 65
