What is the best way to get an accurate value of my Top Gun to list it for sale?
I have a current survey but i know the value they put on it is higher than the market demands rite now.
nada doesn't even list Cigarette anymore.
any help would be appreciated.

I'd figure out what the market is willing to pay for one in mint condition and subtract what it will take to get it there. You can watch the market to see what they sell for.......which can be tough and time consuming. You can also look at some of these project threads and find out what they paid and how much its going to cost them to make their boats in as good as shape as yours and thats your number.

Tex i agree... my boat like most has things that need to be done...
most minor things but seem to make a big difference when its for-sale.
most people that buy a boat for close to 100k dont want to do much except personal touches.
it almost seems easier to trade one and try and roll any negative equity into a new ride.
my only issue is i want a less expensive boat...

The link that Downtown42 posted is from my thread. I am currently looking for a straight bottom Top Gun, preferably with stock power (500EFI's or 500HP's).
Minor issues I can live with if the price reflects them.
PM me your info if you want to sell.
